In October of 2020, At Jacob’s Well was able to purchase the vacant row house at 325 E. 25th St. that abuts our existing offices.  We are now attempting to raise the $425,000 to rehab the building into three one-bedroom units for three of our permanent housing residents. Owning nearby properties like this one helps us to better support our residents, particularly because of their mental illness, and will also allow us to retain the money that is normally paid out in rent to third party landlords.
