A Message About the Coronavirus Pandemic:
For updates on this and other stories, see our News page (use Menu above).
The leadership of At Jacob’s Well has been monitoring the progress of the coronavirus since it was first reported in mid-January in China. As such, our team has ensured that our residents and staff are well informed of how to protect themselves from possible infection. We have established a check-in protocol for the residents’ safety and are working with the City of Baltimore’s Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services to ensure that our residents’ needs are being met during these uncertain times. AJW continues to stock up on basic cleaning supplies, toiletries and food stuff for our residents and we gratefully accept donations of much needed food stuff, toiletries and cleaning supplies during this period. Please call ahead to let us know when donating so that we can have assistance on hand to help with the unloading.
While we never know what has been planned for us, we must always trust that it is never more then we can bear. Here at AJW, we continue to pray that all of our supporters, family members and friends are kept safe and secure from harm. Please keep those who have been called to heal and serve the sick in your thoughts and prayers.
